Frequently Asked Questions

Why round instead of square?
The round shape gives more even support around the legs when sitting cross-legged. No corners to dig into knees or ankles. Some meditators strongly prefer it.

Is it big enough to sit on directly without a zafu?
At 14cm thick, yes — it lifts your hips comfortably for cross-legged sitting. For longer or more advanced meditation positions, layering a zafu on top still helps.

Can the cover be washed?
Spot-clean with cool water and mild soap. Don't machine wash — kapok clumps when wet.

Each cushion is hand-stuffed by Thai artisans, so size, weight, and pattern alignment may vary slightly between pieces. We see this as part of the character — every cushion is one of a kind.
Returns policy

Changed your mind? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to return an unused, unassembled item in its original packaging; return postage is at your cost and some exclusions apply. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law, and we'll arrange and pay for the return. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.
