Lanboshi ® Germany Whetstone is constructed with premium grade corundum for taking good care of your be-loved blades and being trusted by many for years, from commercial kitchens to knife enthusiasts.
It works great with either water or oil and suits for knivies, as well as chisels, gouges, bits etc.
Instruction (for getting the best result):
Soak the stone in the water for 5 minutes, and then put it on a steady platform.
Step 1: #400 grit fine grinding, use for repairing damaged edge, suitable for blunt knives/edges.
Hold the knife at an angle of 10 - 20 °(use with Grinder® Knife Guide when possible), grind the edge on the stone back and forth with gentle pressure.
Step 2: #1000 grit unltra fine grinding, a necessary step to eliminate burrs of the edge.
Use more gentle pressure, repeat step 1, and repair the edge until smoothly and keenly.
Use it once a week to keep your blades in shape for frequent users.
Maintenance:
Wipe the surface with wet cloth or rinse with water after sharpening, and then dry in cool place.
