Frequently asked questions

Orders and payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Do you offer Afterpay or another buy-now-pay-later option?
Not at the moment. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfilment has started, we can't change the order. If it has already shipped, you can return it under our change-of-mind policy.

How do I check my order status?
Sign in to your account to see your order status and tracking. You'll also get tracking by email when your order ships.

Do you offer wholesale or trade accounts?
Yes. Contact us with your business name and ABN. New wholesale accounts pay for orders upfront.

Shipping and pickup

How long before my order is dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Bulky or specially prepared items may take longer; the product page will say so.

How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days to metro areas, and longer to regional areas and New Zealand. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How much is shipping?
Enter your postcode in the shipping estimator on the product page. The final cost is confirmed at checkout.

Where do you deliver?
Across Australia, including regional and rural areas, and to New Zealand. We don't ship to other countries. Bulky items need a street address, so they can't go to a PO Box or parcel locker.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
We ship from more than one warehouse, including partner warehouses in other states, so items in one order can arrive separately. You'll get tracking for each parcel.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, it's free, from Unit 32, 18–20 Tucks Road, Seven Hills NSW 2147, by appointment only. Once you receive your "ready for pickup" email, call 0400 99 80 50 to book a time (Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm Sydney time, excluding NSW public holidays).

Do you deliver into the house or assemble furniture?
Bulky items are delivered to the front door or kerbside. Carrying inside and assembly aren't included unless the product page says so.

Returns, refunds and faults

What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. Contact us first. You pay the return postage. Some exclusions apply; see our Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. If we need the item back, we'll arrange and pay for the return. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Can I return an item in person?
Only after we've approved the return. Call 0400 99 80 50 to book an appointment at our Seven Hills office.

How long do refunds take?
We process approved refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Do your products have a warranty?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty; check the product page or contact us.

Kapok cushions

What is kapok?
A natural, plant-based fibre from the kapok tree. It's light and breathable, and it's the traditional filling of Thai cushions.

How do I clean a kapok cushion?
Spot clean only: dab with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air-dry completely. Never put the whole cushion in the washing machine, because kapok clumps when wet.

Are the covers removable or washable?
Most of our kapok cushions are spot-clean only, so please don't machine wash them. Check the product page for your item. For triangle daybeds, a separate slip-on Protector Cover is available.

Can kapok cushions be used outdoors?
Yes, if they're kept dry. Don't leave them out in the rain, because moisture is kapok's biggest enemy. A short sunbath on a dry day is fine.

Does a new cushion smell? How firm is it?
A slight earthy smell is normal with natural kapok and fades within a few hours to a week in fresh air. Kapok is firmer than feather and softer than foam; fluff it regularly to keep the filling even.

Is kapok suitable for people with allergies?
Kapok is a 100% natural plant fibre, filled without chemicals, and naturally resists dust mites and mould. If you have a specific allergy, please check with your health professional.

How does the triangle cushion fold into a daybed?
See our triangle cushion positions guide.

Timber furniture

Is the furniture solid timber?
Most of our timber pieces are solid wood, such as raintree, mango, teak and acacia, often with metal legs or frames. The materials for each piece are listed on its product page.

Can timber furniture be used outdoors?
Only pieces marked as suitable for outdoor use on the product page. Everything else is for indoor use.

How do I care for mango, raintree or teak furniture?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry straight away. Avoid harsh chemicals. Varnished or oiled finishes can be re-coated when needed.

Why does my piece look different from the photo?
Natural timber varies in grain and colour, so every piece is unique.

Does it need assembly?
It depends on the item. Many of our handmade raintree pieces arrive ready to use, while some imported pieces need assembly. See "Assembly required" on the product page.

Can you make custom sizes?
Some of our Bungalow live-edge pieces can be custom cut for an extra charge; contact us to discuss. Other products come in the sizes listed.

Lighting

Do I need an electrician?
Hard-wired lights must be installed by a licensed electrician in Australia.

Are light bulbs included?
Generally no. Fittings that take standard globes (such as E27) don't include them, and integrated LED fittings have built-in LEDs. Check "Globe Included" on the product page.

Is this light suitable for outdoors or bathrooms?
Check the IP rating on the product page, and ask your electrician if you're unsure.

Pricing

Do you price match?
Yes. Send us the product and a link to the competitor's current advertised price. Our team will review it and get back to you. Every price match must be confirmed by our team.

Can I get a discount?
Any current offers are shown on our website. For bulk orders, send us the products and quantities, and our team will get back to you.

Do you sell gift cards?
Not at the moment.
