Payment Methods And Processing
Mango Trees Homeware ("Mango Trees" or “we” as below) website currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard only. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding NSW Public holidays. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction. For credit card and PayPal payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation.
All purchases on this website include GST when sold within Australia.
Our products are delivered worldwide. Some of our products may be restricted in some country so please check individual item's product details/descriptions before proceed with purchase.
Placing Your Order
You may make an Order by placing desired product/products into your shopping cart on Mangotrees.com.au website and clicking the "checkout" button. When you place your Order, we will issue you with an Order Number. We will do this by email. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on our Terms and Conditions.
Supply Of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your Order Confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item whenever/wherever it is available.
Delivery Of Your Products
All purchased products will be processed within 48 hours during weekdays (within 24 hours for most of the cases) and arrival time depends on the shipping method you've selected (standard shipping, express or couriers etc.) and your distance from our warehouse in Sydney, NSW.
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you may be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia.
Return of your purchase
Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those guarantees. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at http://www.consumerlaw.gov.au.
If a Product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer you a replacement or a refund. If a Product has a major defect, you are entitled to:
reject the goods and receive a refund
reject the goods and receive an identical replacement, or one of similar value if reasonably available, or
keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the problem.

At Mango Trees, we have "no hassle money back guarantee" when it comes to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase - within 30 days of receiving your products , for any reason, just return it for an exchange or a full refund issued*.
*Product need to be in the original package and kept in original condition and we do not cover return postage.

All return products are to be sent back to our warehouse address with a copy of your purchase invoice/receipt

SHIPPING for returns?
We cover return postage ONLY if the item received is fault/defect and we will issue you a return shipping label in this case. For other instance, the return shipping will be at your own cost.
